Samurai Japanese Cuisine - Belle Vernon

The portion sizes were generous. However, the noodles were unlike any fried noodles I've tried before. The crab rangoons had a texture similar to uncooked pasta, but the filling was tasty. The sushi, on the whole, was quite good.

We order from here at least once a week and we've always been pleased! One Hibachi meal is more than enough for the two of us. The filet was incredibly tender and flavorful! We also really enjoy the sushi and dumplings. We tried the filet/scallop combo, and it was delicious!

The portions were generous, and everything was beautifully cooked and presented in the boxes. It tasted fantastic! I highly recommend the teriyaki salmon lunch and the shumai. The sushi rolls were also perfect!

I am a truck driver who travels all over this country and I can always judge a hibachi place on two things the Sake Salmon sashimi and their Fried Noodle. Both were excellent, and freshly prepared. The White Tuna was nice and clean and both cuts of fish were good thick slices, very fair for the price. The Alaska Roll was ok, I normally order a spicier roll but I could tell all the ingredients were fresh and it was a good refreshing roll after a hot day unloading the truck. there was a little but of a wait but with something like raw fish I appreciate the time it takes to do it right. as mentioned by another review I do wish the cold hot items were packaged separately but I was close enough to not have to worry too much.

Philadelphia roll is the best Ive ever had. Fried rice is delicious and salad is always so fresh with the best ginger sauce.
