Samurai Japanese Cuisine - Belle Vernon

I am a truck driver who travels all over this country and I can always judge a hibachi place on two things the Sake Salmon sashimi and their Fried Noodle. Both were excellent, and freshly prepared. The White Tuna was nice and clean and both cuts of fish were good thick slices, very fair for the price. The Alaska Roll was ok, I normally order a spicier roll but I could tell all the ingredients were fresh and it was a good refreshing roll after a hot day unloading the truck. there was a little but of a wait but with something like raw fish I appreciate the time it takes to do it right. as mentioned by another review I do wish the cold hot items were packaged separately but I was close enough to not have to worry too much.

Good portion sizes, the noodles werent like any fried noodles Ive had though, and the crab rangoons had a texture of uncooked pasta but the filling was good and the sushi was pretty good

We order at least once a week and are never disappointed! One Hibachi meal is more than enough for the 2 of us. The filet was super tender and tasty! We also love the sushi and dumplings! We got the filet/scallop combo and it was delicious!

The portions were on great and beautifully cooked and arranged in the boxes. And that tasted fantastic! I highly recommend the teriyaki salmon lunch and the Shumai. The sushi rolls were perfect as well!

Philadelphia roll is the best Ive ever had. Fried rice is delicious and salad is always so fresh with the best ginger sauce.
