Bidra med feedbackService was terrible. 4 pm on a Monday and went to order some donuts when I was told that they only had 3 kinds available. ONLY 3, when you?re a donut shop... the drive through is so small you can?t get around the car in front of you to leave. There wasonly one car in front of us so I figured it would be fine... yet I had to wait over 30 minutes to not even get a single donutbecause they were taking so long. I waited over 30 minutes in the drive through for one single car ahead of us. Someone shouldbe fired THATS ridiculous.
This ace is the worst of the worst. I tried to contact them about my experience and corporate sent me to the owners who never contacted me about my issue. I guess the cattle just keep coming so why bother fixing it

This is definitely the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to. I've visited before, and they've messed up every single drink I've ordered. Half the time, they don't even have any donuts available. I’ll do my best to avoid this location in the future.
There was nothing displayed in the cases, so it was hard to know what options were available. When the staff informed us about the menu items, it felt like we were expected to guess what they were. The employee had a bit of an attitude when we didn't recognize the items. Overall, the service was absolutely terrible!
