Freight - Belfast

I'm not sure if I'm the best judge of food, but this place offers truly fantastic meals. I had a grilled cheese sandwich, and it was likely the best I've ever had. The bread was incredibly soft yet perfectly held together, and the filling was outstanding. I'm already dreaming about their Katsu fries. If you're in Belfast, you absolutely have to check this place out!

We had two really good dishes and a decent side, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5. When we arrived, we had to sit down and wait about 5 minutes for someone to come over. Additionally, the music was too loud, making it hard to have a conversation without raising our voices. This was disappointing, especially since we were looking forward to this visit after really enjoying our first time here.

The menu may not be extensive, but everything they offer is outstanding. There are some great vegetarian options available. I also enjoyed a fantastic Icelandic beer that I had never tried before. The staff is wonderful too; even though the restaurant is in a shipping container, they manage to create a cozy atmosphere. I can't wait to return!

Amazing food service every time here! Delicious menu with great options and a willingness to make adjustments for various dietary requirements, including veggie, gluten-free, and with a dedicated vegan menu. And also picture-perfect presentation! Upbeat, friendly atmosphere, tunes on the go, and if you're lucky, you might have a wee doggie seated nearby! The effort that goes into this place is evident and I'm pretty certain that anyone who gives it a try soon becomes a regular.
