Smoothie King - Bel Air

I had an outstanding experience with the customer service! The staff were incredibly helpful and polite. Their kindness really made a difference, especially since I was having a tough morning and they had no idea. This was my first visit to Smoothie King, and I will definitely be returning!

The location isn't too bad. Whenever I've visited during lunch, it hasn't been very busy, and the service is fairly quick, although the customer service could be improved.

Tyler is always a pleasure to chat with while he prepares my smoothie. He is highly professional, engaging, and has a delightful personality.

I always love coming to this smoothie king, the staff is so nice. Except for when I came today, one of the girls was very rude and had an attitude when I asked about a smoothie. She was blonde with a bun. Clearly this must be her first job, she does not know what customer service is! I’m not one to complain but I was shocked by the way I was spoken too. The other worker was lovely as always

Pretty simple you order and pick up. The staff is timely, courteous and very proficient. I've been frequenting this location for a year and they are consistent regardless of who makes my drink. Several options and although it's a tad pricey, I feel healthier than other lunch options. The Smoothie King App does reward......just with they offered more in terms of reward and choices.
