Five Guys - Bel Air

I recently stopped by the Bel Air location while traveling home to Pennsylvania from Virginia, and I must say, the staff was incredibly welcoming. Upon entering, I was greeted by a friendly staff member named Tony, who was sweeping the floor and wished me a great day. What a lovely way to start my visit! My mother and I placed our orders, and while waiting, we filled our drinks. Tony took the time to replenish the condiments and personally handed us plenty for our cups. While we were eating, he continued to clean up and checked in on us to see if we needed anything or if everything was satisfactory. I have dined at various sit-down restaurants, but the service I received today was truly exceptional. Tony is a fantastic asset to the team, and I will definitely return on my next trip!

Still one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! I highly recommend the bacon cheeseburger—definitely order it "all the way." My only issues are that the fries at the bottom of the bag can be inconsistent. Also, the price is becoming quite steep. I'm now spending over $20 for a burger and large fries at a fast food place, which feels unreasonable.

The food here is excellent, but it is on the pricey side! I really appreciate the variety of ingredients for the burgers. It's definitely a nice treat to enjoy once a year. However, the shakes could use some improvement as they're not thick enough.

The service was impeccable, and the burgers were made to order and very fresh. Additionally, the portion size of the fries was generous. Overall, it’s definitely worth the price you pay.

Always the best burger around! Whenever I try a burger at another place, I find myself comparing it to a Five Guys burger. The food is incredibly delicious, and the staff did an amazing job managing the busy Friday night crowd.
