Egon - Bekkestua Norge

The egon chain of restaurants in norway as trustworthy by eating quite a lot the same everywhere, not too expensive, and not much of one waiting for their order. the Bekkestua joint was opened with the new shopping center. it is a good size over. two floors, friendly decor and smiling waiter. no sweat.

We stumbled over this restaurant while we visit bekkestua. it is a typical egon except that it is a right on the way through it. (so we found it). we found tables and menus and then had to look for somewhere to order the food....The printed menu said “in the bar” but I couldn’t find any cash. I finally realized it had to be down. it turned out that due to the staging of the land at the bottom the main entrance was about floor level and we had changed to top floor. (so was the right of the way, although the top floor of the restaurant. odd) as well as any, service was quite fast. steaks were cooked on request and the children loved their burgers. in any enjoyable experience, especially for our youngest who could watch the draws from the window.

Our experience with egon restaurants other places has not been so desired, so it is a pleasure to give egon at bekkestua positive feedback. the personal was pleasant eating came quickly where we asked how we liked to eat and they removed the hat we didn't need on the table. my wife had biffsnadder what she said was very good. I myself had pad thai and that, where also very good. overall a strong very good. I hope this restaurant stays, we need a place like this in bekkestua, which looks backwards):

Very pleasant restaurant with good food. I had a creamy fish soup as an appetizer and a salmon as a main course. both were excellent. I hope to come back in summer and have a cocktail on the terrace.

This restaurant is always busy, the ambience is good, the service is ok to good, the food is very good.
