There is a magnificent harmony between the good s Abortions of the dishes, the fantastic service and the environment that surrounds it. During the wait they gave us some good tortilla skewers and the children were able to play in the small square next to the tables, avoiding any inconvenience. The order, time and attention to detail is wonderful. They were very affectionate, kind and friendly, especially with the children, providing a lot of peace of mind. Highlight the cleanliness of the bar, including the bathroom, something that says a lot about the details. As for the food, exquisite, we followed the waiter 's recommendations and were completely right with the decision. It is a mandatory stop in this beautiful municipality and the tuna tataki is magnificent and my wife doesn 't like beef, I almost don 't have time to try it... A warm welcome and great food. A good stop on our journey. The food was plentiful and tasty and the staff seemed really pleased to see us.

Stopped here on a roadtrip back from Yuste, Extremadura to my base in Castile and Leon. It is located right next to the chruch in the main plaza, you can't miss it with its green banners flying outside. Menus are in both Castellano (Spanish) and Portuguese, so I assume many Portuguese come by here as it is close to the border. The food was quite good...I ordered the Bacalao dressed in tomato sauce and it was very good to say the least! I was expecting a little piece of fish, but I was surprised to see the whole cod come out, really pleasantly surprised! It was nice and flaky when bit so the texture was good. Bread was included and it had the interesting shape of a turtle (see my pictures) that was memorable, don't see that in any of the places I live! I also ordered a coke which was brought out in one of those original coke glasses. It tasted like it used natural sugar like the glass ones back home so that might be a plus. Service was prompt and efficient, so no complaints there. One last note: I think they charge more if you elect to eat on the terrace in the main plaza so take that in mind. On the day I was there it was cloudy, but on a sunny day, I might have sat on the terrace!
