Hit or miss at best. While I have had quite good sushi/ sashimi from there before (maybe 2/3 were good and last 3/4 were unacceptable , many orders are not acceptable. Tonight: the sushi sashimi combo was quite flavorless (frozen multiple times? poor quality...? , my octopus was so chewy I had to spit it out and throw them out, the miso soup tasted like dishwater. I am giving up on Kicho.
Zero starts. Ordering and delivery were friendly and nice but the food was horrible, stale, literally days old and went straight into the trash can. Almost $70 wasted. Never again
Poor quality ingredients. Barely any eel in the roll. Avocado were mushy. Worse than what they have at the grocery store.
Hit and miss. Shumai appetizer (wasabi and regular) delicious. Miso soup horrible, salad fine. Shrimp tempura light and tasty with nicely tempura'd veggies. Beef negimaki almost tasteless...had to add soy sauce and wasabi sauce to even eat...and overcooked, scallions not noticeable. Will pass by in favor of Hito in Kisco. Guess that's why this place has no local buzz.
