Jersey Mike's - Beaverton

I ordered a sandwich that was supposed to have bacon, but it didn't come with any. Despite this, I was still charged the full price. This is the first time I've had a negative experience at a Jersey Mike's. Just a warning for future customers.

The staff at this restaurant are consistently friendly and entertaining. My food is always spot on, and they even adjust my order to save me a dollar without me ever remembering to ask! Today, I requested extra pickles and playfully told them to "go wild with it." They certainly delivered—it was perfect!

As someone from New Jersey, I hold subs to a high standard. Although I never visited Jersey Mike's while I was in New Jersey, I initially thought it would be just another mediocre sub shop, but I was completely mistaken. Their subs are fantastic! I even make it a point to stop by Jersey Mike's when I'm back in New Jersey. Now, it's our go-to spot whenever I crave a sub. I don't mind driving 6.4 miles to pick one up because it's absolutely worth it. I'm thrilled to have discovered this sub place!

I was really impressed with the level of customer service here. On one occasion, my order arrived a bit late. I submitted a complaint, and to my surprise, the manager personally called me to resolve the issue. I certainly didn't expect that from a typical sub chain. Their subs are always of excellent quality. While they may be a little more expensive than some competitors, I believe you truly get what you pay for. This is my favorite sub shop aside from East Side Deli, which is just too far for me to go downtown.

The staff here is incredibly friendly, and the sandwiches are fantastic. I usually visit during the lunch rush, but despite the busyness, everyone remains cheerful. The line moves quickly, which is a big plus. It's a family tradition for us to get sandwiches from this place once a week. I love this location so much that I make the trip from Forest Grove just to enjoy their food!
