Subway - Beaverdam

Staff refused to make a sandwich out of a wrap. Told me they only make two sandwiches with a wrap. I travel all over the country and have anything I want made with a wrap. I left this location due to the fact that they refused to make a sandwich. Terrible customer service and will not return.

I just went there today for get the sandwich and the girl over there she's even dont put the 6 inch amount of onions and green pepper on a footlong sandwich. And I ask can you put little more onion and green pepper she said no,that's how they serve to the people, disgusting service of all time.they react like you're getting free food .and they have no respect for customer. ?????????

So I put a change into your hours because I was turned away at 9pm because they were closed .

Teen age boy girl took too long to make foot long veg sub also I told that girl pack it separately. Then boy turn Start to finish packing. First thing he put glove on one hand then I told him pack it separate 6 oatmeal cookies. .when I check my order it's only 4 cookie did not pack sub separately. Then he add 2 cookies and start packing sub in two pack . He said next time he will not pack footlong sub in two packing with attitude.. I don't know why he so rude even I told that girl and boy before pack separately. I notice they did not work proper with care . I will never stop here again for subway. .

I was in my ten hour break. I came in to take shower and thought I would get some Subway. The girl at the counter said the computer just crash and it might be 15 min to an hour to come back up. Well, it’s been an hour and they are still turning people away. I was even willing to give them cash but they said they were unable to do that. I am surprised there is no back up system. Everyone a calculator on the phones that they are on. Or maybe they were just happy to not have to make the 10 subs that came thru. 3 people here to just get prep done.
