Papa Johns Pizza - Beaver Falls

We just had the worst pizza we have ever had from Papa John’s. How do you make 2 huge pizzas with zero sauce and give someone breadsticks that are dry with no seasoning and literally coated in so much flour that you could blow it off like snow! The pizza was loaded with grease and it was just all around terrible! Very disappointed because we order at least once a month!

Service is really bad .. they may just need more ppl.. and the pizza I got for 30$ was nasty no care in it at

I haven’t ordered from here in awhile (for good reason) but I decided to give them another try. The driver was rude. She called me and said she was not required to bring my order to my door. I’m assuming since I live on the 3rd floor. I have never been told that…ever. So I went downstairs and she said “sorry I don’t do elevators” I said well there is no elevator she then said well everyone else comes downstairs that lives here. Unnecessary. Especially since I just had surgery. The buffalo chicken pizza was drenched in sauce. Like all the toppings slid off and dough was dripping. Not enjoyable and the jalapeño bites were raw dough inside. So on top of the rude driver I couldn’t eat the food. Now im mad and hungry.

Bad service. Even worse manager. Hung up on after not being notified my order was canceled.

I live near by so I order online to utilize their coupons and then pick up my order. Absolutely love the cheese sticks, Oreo bites and Cinnamon Pull Aparts. Love their crust…usually feed the end of crust to the dog but not when it’s from Papa Johns lol. Always have a great select of pop too.
