Capriotti's Sandwich Shop - Bear

I ordered a homemade turkey sandwich from Capriotti's and specifically gave instructions on how I wanted it made. However, when I got home, the sandwich was dry and lacking mayo as requested. Despite my efforts to eat it, I found it difficult to finish due to the disappointment in the preparation of the sandwich.

I would sign the website and read in the door at 8 then I should order by phone or enter into the load up to 8! if they want to close at 7 that is good, but stop advertising that they are open to 8!

I used to love Capriotti's sandwiches, but lately the quality has gone downhill and the service is terrible. I placed an order for two subs at 6:30 pm and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived at 7 pm, the door was locked and the employee who was there simply walked away. I just wanted to let him know that I had ordered over the phone and was ready to pay for my food. The sign said they closed at 8 pm, but with this kind of service, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I tried another place, but again, the service was terrible. If my money isn't valued here, I'll take it elsewhere where it is appreciated. Others have been shaking my head (smh) at this experience.

I ordered delivery from this restaurant through their website. I had never tried this place before. When I called to inquire about my order, they informed me that it was already delivered, but I never received it. The staff were not very helpful and seemed somewhat rude. I ended up having to contact the delivery service to report the issue with the supplier, Mitchell D, who had apparently stolen my order. I suspect that the mix-up happened when the order was placed through Captiottis. Be wary if you decide to dine here!

My family really likes Capriotti's so I was really disappointed on 4/8/22 when I picked up my order and found that the filth on the ceiling and ceiling air ventsover the prep area had not been cleaned. I mentioned this to a worker over a month ago and also described it in the online survey. We won't be ordering from this store until I hear this has been cleaned up.
