Cafe Fresh - Beachwood

Terrible experience! I visited the Beachwood Mall location and ordered a smoothie. After waiting 20 minutes for my drink, I noticed they were preparing drinks for customers who ordered after me while my ingredients were just sitting there unattended. I honestly don't think I would have ever received my drink if I hadn't spoken up! This is just ridiculous! I won't be returning!

Here's an honest review with no exaggerations: Your experience here really depends on the staff you encounter. I visited twice within a week because the veggie wrap I had the first time was amazing. I decided to return after a meeting to grab one for myself and two for my daughters. However, my second visit was completely different. The staff acted like a group of characters straight out of "Mean Girls." They were immensely rude and seemed annoyed that I ordered three wraps to go, especially since there were only 30 minutes left before closing. It felt like I had committed a major offense by placing my order. I won't be returning again due to the attitude of these overly privileged staff members!

This is my favorite spot for healthy meals when I don't bring my own lunch. The turkey cranberry panini is delicious, and I love all the smoothies they offer!

The crepes are absolutely delicious! My favorite is the sweet cheese joy with bananas or strawberries. The juices and smoothies are also fantastic and have a wonderfully fresh taste!
