Bidra med feedbackI really think this place is not able to get orders right. I've been eating religious bruggers for the last year. The bagels always taste good, but my problem is that almost every time I go my order is wrong. I asked for a roasted all bagel and I received a simple bagel that was immaculate. I asked for an ice-skating and cheese and got a bacon egg and cheese. I don't know why it's so difficult for the bagelmakers to do that right, but it has made my experience in this facility sour
I love Bruegger made my 20 minutes drive for a few Bagel Sanwases. Line was as long as Usaul, but moved. Placed my order of 2 Bagel sanwases it repeated a few times to make sure everything was done right. Gentlemen said he would have gone to the cashier at this point and paid. I have both Bagel's missing items home. (Egg on the one hand, no sausage or extra bacon on the other) very annoyed as I paid extra for this article on my sand, and now I only have a few pieces of bacon and a piece of chies on a bagel... Unfortunately.
Ash and her crew are doing an excellent job. my sesame bagel and honey walnut and all bagels with delicious coffee awaits me in the morning
Mostly to get out now, but the bagels are always good every time of the day. Get some extra napkins and you are all set.
The store forgot to put my onion chive cream cheese tub in my bag and when I called back to get a credit or refund for that, they said they couldn't do it without me coming in and either getting the product or scanning my card for a refund on the cream cheese tub. I told them that I was too far out as I was heading to my appointment. I pulled over and called the customer service number and it referred me to email. I called back and told the assistant manager that I would come back to the store only if I got the cream cheese tub and a refund as compensation for driving all the way back to the store from where I was at (gas is high now). The assistant store manager agreed and I headed back to the store. Once I got to the store, the assistant manager claimed she didn't say that and I asked to speak to the manager. After 30 minutes of waiting, the manager came in and said they don't give a refund and the product because it would mess up the inventory. I told her that her assistant manager said they could but the manager kept insisting that they don't. Poor customer service and no accuracy checking over the order before giving it to the customer. Will be reaching out to the BBB about this!
