Olive Garden Italian - Baytown

I love the Baytown Olive Garden. The staff is exceptional. Service is sometimes not as fast as I think it should be, but you should not eat like that when you are in a hurry. Sit back, relax and enjoy the company you hold. You always make me like I deserved my money. (Except one time I got the $6 take home spaghetti and meat sauce x2 and they put over a palm size help in every bowl.... I'm sorry, it was never like that again. I colded that up to a bad kitchen worker and don't bet her work there anymore because I've been super happy with everything since! Love olive garden!

Unfortunately we didn't stay because a villain crawls down the wall. We questioned this situation once about unpleasant smells. So we thought we would give them the advantage of doubt. This experience sealed the deal for us. No more attempts to eat there. Service was fast and had good customer service. But if you see a Rach, it must definitely be more. We never had the chance to order, thank God. I don't want this restaurant bash, but I thought I'd better post to give my experience.

Dinner was ok I was hungry we were in the area as a go to italian restaurant it was ok. The pasta faigoli was not traditonal no where near close. I advise if you know traditional pasta fagioli dont order it. Salads plentiful . Waitress was great very well staffed. I never seen more staff in one restaurant thrn this one. Kudos to people in texas that actually want to work, Advise dont go in being a demanding ahole to the staff youll have a bice time everyone was very polite and food came out in nice time fashion. Spaghetti and meatballs were also good and bread sticks.. Im from up north where we know reap italian food. Good place to fill up if your hungry... fungetaboutit......

Probably the worst service I've ever experienced. The waitress was not a place where she could be found and hidden. It took 15 minutes to order our drinks. And 30 minutes to get the food and appetizer. The restaurant wasn't even so busy. The worst thing is that the breadsticks were Raw. I took a bite and spit it out. I ordered soup and salad. The soup was cold and the salad was dried in the dressage. I couldn't eat it. It was disgusting and I was so disappointed and angry.

We celebrated the birthday of my special needs sister and had a big party, of which half were also special needs. Because of the big party we had two servers to wait for us and they made amazing! It worked well together to get all our orders in and correctly. Very courteous and friendly with all our guests! Food: 5/5
