Ihop - Bayside

We waited to be seated for over 15 minutes everyone was in the back Service was terrible when seated she went to the back and didn’t come back for a long while to take our orders waited forever for our food that was cold and everyone’s food came out at different times the food was terrible I ordered the cheeseburger with onion rings, and my cheeseburger was completely raw our food was cold and nasty asked for a refill in our soda never received it we waited about 20 mins for the bill to pay will never go back there again food in-service was horrible we all got sick from there food over priced

Setting area freezing cold, asked waitress to move us to another area not close to entrance and I were ignored. Cutlery dirty and asked to provide new set and new set was dirty with spots in knife and fork. Order the egg Benedict with potato with onion and pepper, and the onion was raw. Worst IHOP I've been.

The worst IHOP ever. It's a cold day in NYC and the restaurant is not equipped to keep the tables by the door warm. We asked to be moved and they didn't. Although others after we sat were moved. We had to eat fast or the food would get cold. We ordered the Benedicts and potatoes with onions and peppers. The onions and peppers were raw. Utensils dirty. We asked for another set, they were dirty too.
