had to give Ladurée a chance since my travel buddy had it on her list. I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious pastries and charming atmosphere. It's definitely worth a visit, even if it is a bit of a tourist hotspot.

As it was my first time visiting Paris, I turned to a friend who had recently traveled there for recommendations on where to go. Without hesitation, she quickly suggested Ladurée.

I'm so happy I finally got to experience Laduree! It's sophisticated, flawless, and truly French. Make sure to visit and sample some of their renowned pastries.

We really enjoyed our meal at Fran’s Kitchen – it was like having been invited to dinner at a friend’s home. Fran prepared our meal exactly to our specifications. She serves plain, down to earth, healthy food, at a very reasonable price, along with Newfoundland hospitality. Just the kind of cooking and attention that one need when away from home. Lunch is the main meal served here; supper is available until 7 pm. (It's easy to miss, as the sign is small, and the restaurant is in a small commercial building on the highway. But it’s worth looking out for it.)
