Every time i come here, the employees are amazing. I never feel stupid asking for recommendations on new things, and they are creative with having dietary restrictions. The app keeps me from losing out on free drinks too!

I go here because the customer service is next level and always positive, thank you!Still the same great service. Thats one consistent area that makes Dutch stand above the rest. They do a good job of hiring team members who's personality and demeanor fits their expected level of customer service and high standards. That is not a learned behavior, it's a personality trait. Either you give a care, or you don't. Great Jon Dutch Bros!Parking: Plenty of parking here, but line for drive-thru gets crazy long. I would go more often if it wasn't. It is a nice service to have staff walk thru line taking orders, make things go more quickly.

More like 4 1/2 Very slow. Expected long wait times. It’s always like this here. Everyone is so nice and I haven’t had problems with drinks. But the wait times could definitely be worked on. Also people are always cutting the drive through line I wish they had a better way to prevent this.(I’m aware it’s not their fault but there may be some ways to prevent)Parking: Lots of parking for the walk up option.
