Zero Degrees - Baton Rouge

Familiar with the franchise from TX and needed a pit stop from traffic being on the interstate for a while. Walking in on a Saturday evening which wasn't surprisingly busy, my party was swiftly greeted and assisted well with menu items which helped us choose what we wanted to order. Our drinks were well prepared and made pretty fast considering they were not busy. Our food items also came out at a pretty good time which my son enjoyed everything and already said he'd come back. The restaurant was very tidy with plentiful tables to sit. They also have divided restrooms for male and females which is a plus and also being pretty clean. Definitely recommend this place for a good snack and/or dessert if you need a place to hang with friends!

They don’t have milk tea menu any more. Chicken is good.

Good drinks and snacks however the place can be a little cleaner. Front door and glass was full of stains from what appears to be greasy hands.

Garbage drink. I ordered pina colada with extra honey boba and received this! Why should anyone pay $8.8 for just yogurt?!! When the shop was first opened, they would provide drinks in their signature cup. Not only was the drink really good, the presentation was top notch. Now, they provide foam cup with horrible drink and they are far apart from what is advertised for their drinks! Had the same experience last couple of times. I would think a drink can go wrong one time, but not couple of times. Never going back!

Food and drinks are okay. Overpriced and I just have to note that they forgot about a part of my order when the restaurant was relatively empty, and I ended up having to wait an hour for six chicken wings. Hope they do better service for anyone else who comes, but this will be my last time here.
