Crazy as it may seem we stopped here en route to NOLAWe had read about the gumbo and everything was right! Best gumbo I've had in ages.

Jambalaya, gumbo, and beans were all served lukewarm. Troubling since I was the only customer in the restaurant. Sad!

The food was fantastic and the prices were excellent. For a lunch meal, I spent between $10 and $20 per person. I would rate the food a 5 and the service also a 5. The atmosphere received a score of 4. I highly recommend trying the Jambalaya Plate and the Pastalaya Dinner!
