Los Reyes Mexican Grill - Baton Rouge

Was looking forward to steak fajitas and what I got was disappointing. Everything in the plate was fine but if you look at the picture, that was not fajita steak. It looked like processed meat of some kind and it tasted terrible. They must have gotten in frozen meat or something but it was absolutely atrocious. It was supercalifragilistic expial-atrocious. It was disgusting. The only good thing about the meat was that my dog absolutely loved it. Can 't say much about the service or ambiance 'cause I took it to go but I was sooooooo looking forward to putting my teeth into some steak. Not a good Mexican restaurant. I always see a lot of cars in the lot but they must be employee parking. I 'll stick with my other Mexican restaurants that are more authentic. Some workers that work there looked authentically Mexican but the cooks must be from Rhode Island. Not good, not good at all.

Good Food and Service as usual. Has the best queso in the city and i have always enjoyed this place with my family. Never too packed and never really had to wait long for a table. You can watch the game and have a few margaritas. Drinks could be stronger,,, but could always just double up lol. Definitely coming back

Los Reyes is our go-to for Mexican food. Always well staffed with polite and friendly people. Lovely outside patio. Nice little bar. Lots of good menu items served hot and fresh. Ate at the bar after a hard day at work. My bartender/server Kathleen was very courteous, friendly and attentive.
