L'auberge Casino Baton Rouge

We were there for a show (Dana Carvey). We didn't spend the night because the hotel was sold out. The place is beautiful, extremely well done. Will try spending a night or two there for some future show.Safety: On the river, off by itself with private security. Should be very safe.

I was extremely impressed with this hotel. The rooms were super clean, the staff was amazing. The girl who brought my food I ordered was new, and was very nice. She went above and beyond. The front desk staff was really nice. I felt welcomed and they made me feel more than invited to come back. The food was also excellent. Very quiet at night. The beds were comfortable. I truly enjoyed the whole experience. I'll be back for sureRooms: Very clean and the beds are very comfortableSafety: I felt very safe there. That's important to me.

Great place to come and relax. Service is fantastic and great feel. Only down is that they do not have mini fridge. They have several places to eat and drink. I come here often and enjoy myself every time!Rooms: 5/5

Worst casino I have ever been to. Sat and played for over 3 hours without a drink. Lots of sad looking folks in there. I feel like they need to cheer up the staff. No one wants to hand their money over to a bunch of unhappy rude employees. Make it fun for folks to come. It is pretty LAME! Its rather small and I feel like it could use more restaurant options and other activities. LAME

Waited 2 hours to eat after being told it would be a 45 minute wait. Finally arrive to our table to be ignored by multiple waitresses and told someone else would help us. After 15 minutes of back and forth with waitresses that would not wait on us, we had to have a manager help us with drinks. They were any sitting about 8-10 tables at a time and only served crabs. Everyone around us was discussing how horrible the service was. We will drive to the gulf coast from now on.
