Five Guys Burgers and Fries

That was great. but what made this a 5-star evaluation was the girl that took our order, then came out to clear our table. we have asked ourselves to do it ourselves, and she has said that this is not my job. you're the customer. then she took our drinks to refill for us. she was amazing in customer service and so young!

The food and service was absolutely excellent! bri bot the outstanding customer service! I am a general manager of a hotel so that the customer service means a lot to me; this young lady went beyond and beyond!

Great food and service. wish they begin a combo election against everything seperate

I even tipped the cash box, but eating was super expensive and when I got my burger, it was cold. my pommes were removed in the bag and the limonade was watery. the personal was nice, but it wasn't even worth eating.

Great food, lousy service. The burgers and fries are better than your average fast food place. As good, if not better, than some sit-down restaurants. Not sure if its worth paying more than what some restaurants charge, though. If I eat their food again, it wont be at this location. I made it clear to the older guy working the register that I had never been there before. All the teens and twenty-somethings making food were joking and in a good mood. Register guy seemed like he had been sitting in the DMV for three hours. Unfriendly. Unhelpful. Offered no suggestions, just short replies to my questions. As if he was annoyed a customer was going to eat there. I'll be sure to tell people I know to avoid that location, that guy should be working anywhere but a register.
