Pollock Fish And Chips

Poor quality and bad customer experience. Strange ‘hole in the wall’ chip shop. There’s a shop and counter but you have to order through the window and wait on the street for your food. Why are customers not allowed in? Covid was 4 years ago. Portion size average. Chips hard as rock, I think they’ve tried to go ‘triple cooked’ on the chips but over done it. Would not go back.

We treated my Mum to her favourite meal cod and chips from Pollocks for pre Mother’s Day supper. My Mum was over the moon again! The batter on the cod was light and crispy, the cod was succulent, white and flaky, and the chips were to die for! In my view, Pollocks is easily the best chip shop in Bath. I have included a photo in this review the chips in the pic are approx one third of a small portion as Mum has a small appetite (though she demolished all of this!!

Best chips I’ve ever eaten Super crispy and crunchy , super hot, perfect portion size and really reasonable too Keep doing what you’re doing perfectly

I don't understand the good reviews I've been on three seaprate occasions since it opened years ago and it's been awful very time. Fish tiny and chips rubbish.

Had a delivery lovely fish and chips very pleased with food and the service good size fish would certainly recommend any one give them ago you won't be disappointed
