Captain D's Seafood - Batesville

The food was great, but, the service left something to be desired. We waited at least 10 minutes while our order sat on the window from the kitchen while the young lady working the front counter was busy chatting and joking with customers that came in after us. Finally someone from the kitchen came out front to give us our food.

The food was delicious better than some of food we had on the Gulf

People are rude and unfriendly. You literally have to ask them for each individual item and they still end up missing something every time.

I didn't go inside. Young man at the window was very nice and respectful. He asked them to put a little extra lemon pepper on my grilled white fish and they poured the whole bottle on it. It was salty so I scraped it off......

The food could be way better if it was less greasy. McDonald's next door has been less greasy than this place sometimes that blows my mind. However- their hushpuppies are always perfect!!! Love that item recommend even just for a snack
