Arby's - Batavia

Very disappointing to say that I showed up before they close granted it was close to their closing time, yet instead of even saying I'm sorry we've closed early they decided to ignore me completely. Frustrated with the fact that it seemed as if they had closed early and decided to not even speak with me about it I did call and the line rang for a long time. I called a second time after the first phone call ended abruptly and was greeted by a very rude disrespectful young lady who angrily answered the phone saying thank you for calling Arby's we are closed. When I asked what time they close at, again she rudely and sarcastically spat back we closed several minutes ago. By the time I got a hold of them they had been closed for about eight minutes. I showed up 15 minutes before they closed. Are closing early is something that is typically frowned upon but understandable on certain nights. It is unacceptable to give a customer attitude after you ignored them and refused to answer the phone

Arby's has nice sandwiches at reasonable prices. The place is clean and family friendly. As a quick food restaurant,I enjoyed being there. But I rated it 4 star because it lacks a certain eloquence that makes it suadeve and deviar.

Got a BLT. Felt like I was eating someone's left overs. Bread was so stale that I actually looked to make sure it wasn't moldy as well. Sacked

I have never had a bad experience at this temple of meats. Always flavorful and fast service.
