Next, the roasted chicken (5/5) was a highlight for me. It reminded me of traditional hawker-style roasted chicken but surpassed that experience. It has a distinct flavor that sets it apart from fast-food chains like Insal, Andok's, Chooks, and Savory. Highly recommended! Lastly, the Lumpiang Shanghai (5/5) is a classic dish that should always accompany one of the previously mentioned options. Their unique dipping sauce, which is essentially ketchup, was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend it as a side. Overall, Ng Wanam is a must-visit for anyone looking for delicious and authentic Filipino dishes!
