Starbucks - Bastrop

Worked at Starbucks as a kid and frequent this location pretty often. It’s not great. On a few different occasions I’ve gotten my drink with no espresso lol which is pretty weird. The ratios for the drinks are pretty off many times. The service is quite slow except sometimes when the A team is on in the mornings. Drive through has been closed often recently and the line inside is out the door. Yesterday, the entire store was shut down. We need another Starbucks or for the local ownership here to intervene and get this store moving in the right direction.

Generally love this starbucks, my usual stop when i drive frm Austin to Houston. However, today was dissapointing. Tried a new drink, Hazelnut oatmilk latte-venti, i dont like a ton of ice so requested light ice but i got a lot of ice. When i pointed this to the barista, i was informed this is the least amount of ice they can add to this drink. Guess this drink is just not for me/ anyone who doesnt like ice.

This is the RUDEST Starbucks we have EVER been too. Tried it again for a 3rd time and SAME THING!! HORRIBLE PEOPLE SKILLS AND

I’ve never been to a worse Starbucks. So sad that there isn’t another one in Bastrop. It’s run down, understaffed, ovens are always down so you can’t order food, AND at least twice a week the drive through is closed and the lobby line is out the front door.
