Bidra med feedbackWe visited for afternoon tea and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The presentation and quality of the food were excellent. The restaurant offers a lovely view of the grounds, which are filled with colorful flowers. Anna provided exceptional service - she was friendly and helpful. The tea selection was also very impressive. We will definitely be returning. We were informed that Zanetta from the kitchen prepared our afternoon tea.
Rooms ok but food terrible and an absolute rip off. Ordered a cameralised onion and cheese sandwhich On brown bread. When it arrived it was on stale white bread and had a few slices of raw red onion and charged £7.50!! Had the steak in the restaurant for dinner, was very chewy and had no flavour. Very substandard and dissapointing. Paid £25 for 2 double vodkas with mixer. Not good value for money and definatley won't be staying again.
The menu did not change much. Most guests only stay for a couple of days and we stayed 12 days. They did allow us to eat from all three of their menus... the restaurant, the room sertvice, and the bar menu. Food was good. Lovely staff.
Best food I have eaten in a hotel for a long time. Bowl portions that you can return and have more. Hot, home cooked favourites, great selection 100% recommend it!
We had hot and cold canapes and cocktails to start which were lovely, and then a fantastic 3 course meal. The staff were excellent and portions were very generous and delicious!
