Arby's - Bartow

If I couldn't make a star, I would. through the drive-thru and our order, when we asked for sauces, we were told with a attitude that we should ask them in the window. Okay, good, no big thing. they were pleasant at the window, but they rushed us at the window to the point that we did not notice that our credit card was not returned. have tried to talk to a superior all week to get them back to deliver it back to us as it would be 3 hours to get it back when we traveled when we stopped at lunch. Finally, she spoke to the manager today and refused to send him to us. we wanted to send our ID by email to prove who we are and the card is really our and she wouldn't. I called corporate and they ask a question through the load, but I don't see this going anywhere. very frustrated about it!

Was OK, manager complained about running low on food and such but a nice guy and good food.

Let me tell you, they're really scraping the bottom of the barrel as far as workers go. Really. I've been waited on several times before by this same girl so I know she isn't new. I only order carry out.This girl will NEVER give me more than one packet of horsey sauce per sandwich...NEVER....I've offered to even buy them but she's always refused me.I've always gone there at lunch time, as I was doing that day, but was going to be coming back past them late that evening and hoped I'd be able to get shakes for my dad I. She couldn't tell me a) what time they close the dining room, directing me to the sign on the door. b) what time they stop serving shakes in order to clean them, apparently that's not her job and c) if drive thru closed later than the dining room, again drive thru isn't her job.Bottom line...I use this Arby's only when my dad asks me for some and I am in Bartow.The Arby's in Avon Park is spot on!

Absolutely appalled by the customer service at this location. Girl at the drive thru window was extremely rude. I had a coupon to use and gave it at the window and she said “you were supposed to give me this at the speaker.” And i said “oh I’m sorry I didn’t know” then she proceeded to shut the window in my face. Then she opened it again and said “we’ll next time give it to us at the window” then made me wait on my food until it was cold! So ridiculous!!

Good service. Late at night, so had run out of roast beef. But freshly cooked tenders were very good.
