Strange experience...ordered through their app at 445pm...received confirmation order was sent within seconds...arrived at the restaurant at 5:15pm and was told it didn 't come through the app ...server left us for the back of the restaurant came back with an iPad and said oh it just came through now ....translation: we weren 't checking the app. Glad we didn 't pay in advance..we left and ate elsewhere...after seeing the other reviews here kind of glad it went the way it did.

I've ordered from Wokbox several times and have also tried it at other locations in different cities. I really enjoy the Singapore cashew noodles; the flavors are fantastic. However, I find the teriyaki, Dan Dan (which has some heat but lacks depth), and rice dishes to be somewhat disappointing. Overall, it's a decent spot for quick-service food.

Despite reading numerous negative reviews, I decided to give this restaurant a chance, and here's what I experienced: the soup was cold, the spring rolls were soggy, and the flavors were unremarkable. I would definitely recommend Qings Cuisine on Mapleview/Huronia instead; it's money better spent.

I was looking forward to trying this restaurant and ordered the beef teriyaki with rice. However, when I was about 80% done eating, I discovered a hair at the bottom of my container. I was really disappointed and won't be coming back. Also, there was way too much sauce.

The food is outstanding! I ordered the Dan Dan noodles, and they were spicy and incredibly delicious.
