Bidra med feedbackThis small place has a wide selection of cheeses and sorted sandwiches. Delicious soups and scenic little environment. A hidden jewel.
I saw the chef choose his nose and then walked around with food without washing his hands. I told him I didn't want the food, and they gave me a cooking time. Would never go back.
First visit and impressed by the concept and variety of sandwiches offered. I had the Cuban (very good) and will return for the next visit "Cdn Breakfast Sandwich" (see very interesting). As mentioned, it is a funky place, with friendly and helpful owners and staff.... Nicely prepared and very tasty. Limited but beautiful mix of menu items including soup. A good place to eat for some comfort. Try it... you will like it. Up there.
I'm looking forward to this visit. Hip-decor, like the node to Buddha. I believe that what it means, Spinat, Havarti, Avocado. It was 'meh', not a very high taste profile. Came with an uninspired side salad, spring green topped... with a flimped dressing. I ordered the tomato soup, not bad, fresh tasting. Two things I found most off-putting: the owner, a dour-looking man whose star felt uncomfortable, sitting in his resto and the exaggerated costs of my middling meal: $18. Really? for tomato soup and grilled cheese? Go!
Stopped in to Barrie on our way from Collingwood to Toronto what a find! The street it is on is simply enchanting. The sandwiches were decadent and we enjoyed our various side dishes, too. A little spendy but not shocking.
