Panera Bread - Baron Rouge

We arrived at this nice location at 7:00 p.m. for dinner. The food was good as it usually is. However, I asked for coffee with my cinnamon roll (they only had two rolls left) and was told that they had already dumped their coffee and wouldn't be making any more within an hour of closing. (not a positive customer service vibe) Another thing that was plain gross was that the restroom had lots of feces on the toilet. Nasty. Food was tasty, but otherwise this location seems to be struggling.

Wonderful food. The lady at the counter was a little moody and short tempered but another worker made up for it by being a bundle of joy lol.

Drive thru is always way too slow. Prepare to lose at least 30 minutes if you really gotta have that broccoli cheddar soup

Panera Bread on Jefferson (which is the only one we really have BR) is extremely frustrating they are never open according to their hours of operation..it’s a flip Of coin one day they may close at 8pm and other days it’s random..which is inconsiderate b/c I live 25 min awqay only to find out they’re close and this has happen more than 5x for sure..I doubt if return After this last time
