Bidra med feedbackOn the 25/08/23 I fancied something to eat at Subway only to be served with a very frosty cold reception. The tables were really dirty, as a customer I did ask the lady on at the time to clean the table as I wanted to sit there, then to be told it’s only for people who’re dining here can sit here. I explained that I am eating here, she said she’ll get someone out to see to it, never did, found somewhere else to sit instead. Very dreadful service, no customer service, hygiene very bad.
Absolutely disgusting, something resembling peppers chopped into 3” pepper skin, brown lettuce two soggy jalapeños, cold dry ‘Philly steak’ that looked like a week old kebab meat and a squash led dry sub. I dread to think who’s hands have scraped this garbage together.
The service can be quite slow, especially if there happens to be someone available to assist you. The staff often prefer chatting among themselves instead of attending to customers. When they do serve you, it's usually in a rather unenthusiastic manner, as if they’re bored. Even though it rarely seems crowded, the outdoor tables are not well-maintained.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The woman who served me was quite rude and spoke to me in a harsh tone, making me feel like I was being treated as if I were stupid when I inquired about a meal deal. Although I remained polite and didn’t respond to her attitude, I felt extremely disrespected. If you work in customer service, it’s important to be kind to customers. Additionally, the bread I received was stale.
I visited this restaurant a few days ago and was assisted by a delightful young lady named Ali. As it was my first time at a Subway, I was a bit unsure of how everything worked, but she guided me through the process with great patience and friendliness. My meal was delicious, warm, and quite filling. I will definitely be returning!
