Super nice kids behind the counter and a good burger and fries!

Friendly staff good food. Was pretty quiet when we stopped. Store was overall clean.

Extremely rude and when I ordered food during hours that it was said to be open online, paid online and arrived to pick up my order at 9:18 pm was told that they were closed and that they would refund me. All while there were about 5 people inside still working. Talk about lack of customer service!

Good food but can be slow at times. Employees could be friendler and interact with customers as well.

I have stopped by this DQ several times over the years, hoping things would improve. The workers have always been rude, it is a challenge to get them off their cell phones even for a few minutes to place an order. The blizzards at this location taste nothing like a normal DQ blizzard, they are VERY stingy with the flavoring/ingredients. It is just vanilla soft served ice cream with maybe a teaspoon of the flavor you requested. I have asked more than once for them to add more flavoring and was told they cannot accommodate my request. Try Dee's Drive-in in Barnesville instead, it is local family that owns it, they have excellent customer service, and they dole out massive portions. I have never been disappointed at Dee's Drive-in.
