Bidra med feedbackIf you are African American just don?t stop here ! I went in about 2 days ago did not know it was National free cone day . I ask how much are your cones can I get 4 of them . The cashier says ? oh it?s free cone day ? , I?m like great can I have 4 kidscones . He then says ? oh I have to ask my manager. The manager and the entire Dairy Queen moved to the other side of thecounter to turn and tell me I can only get 1 for free . Fine I decided to get the kids silly bars . Not even 5 mins later thisWHITE man comes in and ask for 4 cones it was just him and his grandson . They begin to leave and his grandson is like ? oh wehave to pay ? no it?s free day and just walks out ? the entire store know they was wrong but yet didn?t do anything about it . Iwill never make a stop here again and if your African American traveling , just keep pushing because the service will be rude &racist
The lady in the drive thru was very rude and was definitely acting like she hated her life. Definitely not good costumer service. As someone who has worked in fast food an know the hardships you face I still see her attitude and lack of smileunreasonable.
I opted for the $7 special, which includes a burger, fries, a medium drink (which seemed small), and the option to upgrade to a super small Blizzard for an extra dollar. As expected, my food was lukewarm and not very appealing. The only highlight was the Blizzard. Value-wise, it's not great. There are only about four or five places to eat in Barnesville, Minnesota, and not many choices. This Dairy Queen closes around 9:00 p.m., and most restaurants in Barnesville shut down by 6:00 p.m., so be aware that options are limited if you get hungry later. I’d recommend sticking to ice cream or ice cream cakes from this Dairy Queen, but for food, you might want to consider going to the Purple Goose instead.
Fast service at the drive-thru. Great classic food prepared well, and they even gave my dog a complimentary puppy cup of ice cream!
Every time we've visited this place for a treat, our order has either been incorrect or we've received only two pieces of candy in our Blizzard, despite what we've ordered. The staff is mostly young locals, which is nice, but they really need to pay better attention to ensure customer satisfaction. When you're paying $5 for a small Blizzard, you expect it to be accurate and contain a reasonable amount of candy. I've reached the point where I've decided to stop coming here and will just take my kids to the dollar store in town to pick out a treat instead.
