The Ugly Mug Coffee House

My family recently moved to the area and my husband and I love coffee. We actually met at a coffee shop. I have never encountered a more friendly staff, delicious coffee with a variety of unique flavors, and a cozy hometown atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back regularly as long as the shop is open. Fantastic experience!

The lattee was great but the iced coffee with salted carmel was un-drinkable it tasted as if a salt Shaker was opened and poured directly into the drink. Just my opinion.Service: 5/5

I love the ugly mug and I love Taryn she makes incredible coffees and teas the vibes are unmatched the ugly mug is such a lovely spot I wish I could gatekeep it forever and honestly I just might.

I would EASILY pay $10 per cup of coffee at this place! You can’t beat a family owned, small town coffee shop that puts Starbucks to shame. Plus, the owner’s kindness and creativity is just the whipped cream and cinnamon topping to my latte! 10000 star rating.

I really enjoy this place. The atmosphere is nice and the staff is friendly. I used to come here daily for a cup of coffee. However, they recently increased the price of a small 12-ounce cup of coffee from $1.84 to about $2.98, which is more expensive than Starbucks. I was disappointed by the price increase and wish they had earlier opening hours to cater to coffee drinkers in the morning. I hope they reconsider their prices. Until then, I will be getting my coffee elsewhere. Update: I appreciate the response from the employee, and $1.69 for a 12 oz coffee is reasonable. However, I was charged $2.98 at the time of purchase. Adjusted my rating based on the quality of the response.
