Bidra med feedbackThis is my review on trip advisor Owner needs anger management course August 2023 Lovey venue! But service is the worst I have ever experienced. We were a large party so you expect some delay!friend ordered drinks and 40 mins later they arrived after chasing them up several times! A couple in our group ordered the Angus burgers and when they arrived they were certainly not quality burgers as they were thinner than a Mc Donald’s burger .sent them back only to have the owner come to our table throwing a pack of frozen burgers at us , his language was appalling and threatening including shouting that he wanted to stick a part of his anatomy up a part of my husband anatomy is not acceptable. What he did not realise we had Spanish nationals who understood every word.and to use the F word and C word very clearly in English too with children at our table was totally unacceptable! The waiter looked very embarrassed at his behaviour! It’s a shame as the other food was good and as I said venue is lovely. Advice to owner: book yourself on a customer service course and maybe anger management !
Very badly. The service a disaster. Slow, clueless, they don't know the letter and rude. The food and the place are not bad, although it is not anything special either, very expensive for the quality, frozen food without more. I do not recommend ordering cocktails because they are not good. A place for tourists and little else. We talked to the managers and not even an apology for the bad service, on the contrary, they deal with the clientele with very bad taste. Lack of education everywhere. We decided to get up and leave because nobody was paying attention to us and the restaurant was almost empty. It's a shame to see businesses run like this. I do not recommend this site at all because they do not deserve it, there are many better ones in Campoamor than ending up here.

A very bad experience, very bad service and with a lot of delay in simply bringing some drinks... on even 3 occasions we have had to ask for 1 beer, an account that we had to give up after asking some insane waiters for it on several occasions. But worst of all, a waiter who didn't even know the menu and who had to constantly go to the kitchen to ask what it was running and a very rude manager who didn't even accept criticism and has come to confront us. In addition to this, we asked the owner of the restaurant to come to talk to him, but another real waste of time because they do not accept a single criticism and worst of all, they do not even apologize for all the delays and inconveniences that we have suffered. A lousy restaurant really. And from what I see in other reviews, the owner continues to face his customers... a great businessman who puts his great pride aside... here I await your response to see what you want to say differently or lie in public. And on top of that they respond by disrespecting when no one has disrespected them. THANK YOU, because in your answer you can see how rude you are, thanks again for agreeing with me like that. How great you are hahaha and how bad things are going to go for you, that you will close soon and how happy we are going to be for it
Customers for several years during our summer holidays, the menu and the service has changed and not positively! It seems that the service is only provided by students, it lacks professionalism. No welcome, no smile to customers. To get the card when you arrive, waiting 20 minutes is normal for the staff, yet not overwhelmed by the number of customers present. I noticed that the staff brought the order piece by piece, the tray seems unknown to the waiters and waitresses ? The cocktails are not correctly dosed, it is an art not mastered by the bartender. It also seems that the bartender also takes care of mini golf rental, which adds time to ordering and preparing cocktails. The decor is nice and that's the only positive note, but we won't be back.
