Milk Honey - Bar Harbor

Nice little place for lunch. Nice staff. Sandwiches and chips kinda place. Had egg salad sandwich and tofu bahn mi. Both were good but wouldn't recommend if you are expecting a big lunch. They don't have espresso just drip coffee. But there is coffee across the street at McGraths. They have a great dessert/pastry selection though.

You can’t beat lunch from Milk and Honey! The online ordering is a great feature and makes for efficient pick up. Great sandwiches and pastries. Every ingredient is thoughtfully chosen and delicious!

A bakery owner on Mount Desert Island suggested I try Milk & Honey since their own bakery wasn't open for the season yet. When a bakery owner recommends another place, you know it must be good! I headed over to Milk & Honey, and I was not disappointed. Everything I tried was delicious—definitely two thumbs up! I ordered three pastries: a bittersweet chocolate brownie, a pecan sticky bun, and an apple caramel crumb bar. Each one was fantastic, but the brownie was especially incredible!
