Harborside Marina - Bar Harbor

Beautiful room and view. restaurant in the hotel was nice. good gluten-free pizza. also, great location. make sure to observe wal before the time. also cadillac berg was a 30 to 40 car minutes. what was nice.

As always, a perfect hotel to stay at when visiting Bar Harbor. Easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants, with a great Italian restaurant on property. Beautiful staff and great rooms. Highly recommend the villa when traveling with a larger group. Kitchen is tiny, without an oven which was the only flaw if you are planning on making any meals. But who comes to Bar Harbor to eat in?

Had an absolutely amazing 6th anniversary here. The resort was absolutely gorgeous, beautifully appointed clean and comfortable rooms, and in the perfect location right in the middle of everything in downtown Bar Harbor and just minutes away from Arcadia National Park. The staff was extremely friendly and made our anniversary that much more special by writing a handwritten beautiful message with a bottle of champagne waiting for us upon checking ti to the room. It’s a hefty price but you get what you pay here for sure. HIGHLY Recommend.

We began to receive texts prior to our arrival from the staff. The texts were welcoming and made our arrival perfect. The valet parking was great. EVERYONE, EVERY SINGLE WORKER at this hotel made our stay absolutely perfect. Check in was a breeze and our room was upgraded to an ocean view for 2 out of our 3 night stay. We were so grateful for this! And what a beautiful room we had. Even the non ocean view room had an ocean view (albeit parking lot view) but we did not stay in the room that long to mind. The rooms were super clean, and spacious for our family of 4. The hotel property is BEAUTIFUL and in the most perfect spot. We did not drive anywhere since everything is walking distance. We took the trolley to Acadia National Park, the ticket counter was next to the hotel. The beautiful main street(s) is less than a 5 minute walk. The onsite restaurant had delicious breakfasts. The pool and jacuzzi areas are super clean and we utilized them 2 of the 4 days were there. We used the laundry room and it was great! The pool side service was fantastic and the drinks (Summer Sunset: AMAZING) and food were delicious. We enjoyed the beach at low tide and loved watching the tide roll back in. We will definitely go back to this hotel. Thank you to everyone who made our first time vacation to Bar Harbor absolutely PERFECT.

This is a nice hotel and I would say it warrants 3 stars which is good! A four or five star would for me be considered a luxury resort- FYI. The check in was seamless and they had a great welcome bag for my doggo! The room was fine- we overlooked the parking lot but it was quiet. The shower hasn’t been cleaned and there was a huge clump of someone’s hair from the previous stay- YUCK! The room service was delicious and it’s in a great location. While using the hot tub there were some teenagers that crashed the hotel (they were not staying there) which ruined the vibe of the relaxing evening. Overall would recommend.
