Bidra med feedbackMy fiancé and I order from this store often. We are in the rewards program and every once in awhile we get free pizzas. Yesterday we went to pick up one of our free pizzas and received what was essentially BREAD. Barely any cheese. My step sonbarely ate it. We called the store and a lady told us that we could call in and they would replace the reward pizza with a newpizza, free of charge. We tried to call today for the replacement pizza and when we called, we got a man who immediately gave usthe run around about the free pizza we were promised. Unwilling to honor what we were told just last night and telling us wecould only get a five dollar credit. Stating we didn?t pay for the pizza so they would not replace the reward pizza? My fiancérecommended he listen to the voice recordings from yesterday and this man tried to tell us he won?t be doing that till THURSDAY.My fiancé told him it would be appropriate to review it now and the man decided to state very loudly and sarcastically beforehanging up on us ?thanks for telling me how to do my job? we still have not heard anything about replacing the ruined order anddon?t understand how it would be appropriate to make us pay to replace a pizza we were getting for free because of howfrequently we go to the store. But had we paid for the pizza they would replace it for free under the same circumstances?

DO NOT ORDER Save yourself the hassle, awful service experience and quality of food, delivery time was not acceptable, no way to complain or cancel order or get refunded. Was quoted 45 59 mins, took over two hours to receive order and my then it was themiddle of the night and the food was cold useless, driver was apologetic, not his fault.
Worst customer service EVER!! I visit/order from this place VERY often.. At least until today. I called to place a order like I normally do and they tell me that you have to go on to the automated system. Well I did exactly what this young lady said and Isat on hold with George for 5 minutes. I called back and stayed on hold with Rebecca for another 3 minutes. I called back andtold this SAME young lady what had happened and she told me that I needed to still place the order with the automated system..All I wanted to do was order a sandwich and some stinkin breadsticks.. That is it! I told her that I had ordered from theremany times over the phone and she just gave me a hard time over and over. I asked to speak to a manager and she hung up on me..This is not the way that customer service in the food service industry should be.. Then I call over to the Stillwater domino'sbecause they are connected and the manager over there refused to give the franchise owner's name. Business owners have theirnames on business cards all the time. Because I have a complaint that business owner doesn't want to hear it. I think he might.Ijust wanted to let my voice be heard. Now I'm on Google doing it.
Visited the Domino?s on Stillwater in Bangor Maine. We ordered our pizza online. The app said it would be ready in 40-50 minutes. When we arrived, they hadn?t even started our order. There were only 2 people working and when I say working, they werebusting their behinds trying to get all of the orders done. They were both very nice and very apologetic. They didn?t need tobe. They were doing everything they could to man the cash register, make the in store orders and the delivery ones. No one wascomplaining. We happily waited for our order to be done. Those men had everything to complain about but they did not. We willdefinitely be ordering from them again.
