Be careful if you are ordering online. 100% probability they will cancel your order by stating they don't deliver to your location because my house was just 1.8km distance from their kitchen and they simply told me we don't deliver to your address. So, they have cancelled my order.

Taste is awesome every month i order pizza from Ovenstory which is next level compared to other like pizza hut and dominos. Cons to improve They should provide ketchups along with the pizzas. delivery timing should be improved as most of the times pizza is baked nicely however due to delivery delay taste is hampered.

Terrible experience. Ordered a pizza and garlic bread using zomato. They called and said they would deliver in 30 minutes. Then for almost 2 hours there was no update from them. The contact numbers were either busy or not available. Then the automated number said they are closed and that's why there is no one to take the call. Will never order from this place again. Other branches have always provided good service. This one is is worst. My request is for anyone reading this to never order from this branch. If you want ovenstory pizza order from a different outlet. Even 1 star is too much.
