Mount Fairview Dining Room - Banff

Have to wait a long time before our waiter come to us or bring the check. I had roast rack of lamb. The ribs had burnt taste. It was a small dinner. Still felt hungry after 4 pieces tiny lamb ribs, gave up ordering something more since they are really slow. My friend said her bao buns are really good.

Located in the Deer Lodge hotel, this restaurant provides incredible views of Mount Fairview and an excellent Candiana menu. While somewhat pricey (though, not out of step with expectations for Lake Louise), the food does not disappoint. The kitchen also caters well to dietary restrictions. An absolutely excellent

The game starter sharer was amazing! The duck and the elk was truly divine. We both ordered buffalo steak medium. Mine was overdone as it was twice as thick as my wife's steak. The meat was beautiful though. Service was good but could have been better

We dinned at the 5 Star Mount Fairview Dinning Room at the Fairmount Château Lake Louise Hotel. It was very elegant, fine dinning Restaurant which we enjoyed tremendously. We shared the Fantastic Lamb Chops, Fresh Salmon

The restaurant is located inside the Deer Lodge, connected to the Caribou Lounge. Diners in the lounge or on the outside patio can also choose from the Mt. Fairview Menu. During our stay at the hotel, we had dinner there twice. The salmon I ordered was a bit undercooked, and when I mentioned it to the waitress, she promptly replaced it with a new meal. On our second visit, I enjoyed a delicious free range chicken dish, and my husband was satisfied with his fish and chips. For breakfast, guests can choose between the buffet or ordering from the menu. The Western Omelette from the menu was particularly delicious.
