Bidra med feedbackAs a door disc we must use most of the time with the running gear thru window. not cool. the lobby should be open, only maybe wendys would have more commands. think about the money they lose.
Did it again. Even when I'm the only person in the Drive-Thru and I literally spell it out for them what I want when I get to the speaker I guess I have to check my order each and every time because for some reason no one can tell the difference between a #2 DOUBLE BACONATOR MEAL (which is what I actually said and it was correct on the screen) a double cheeseburger meal (which is what I realised I recieved after getting back to work).
This particular Wendy’s must be down on it’s luck. First they could not take any orders because the system was down. Next when I went back a few days later, the double baconator was a joke. How do you convince fast food places to put lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, mustard, pickles, on this tragic thing that was just served. That started the star reduction.A hint for anyone who prepares food in a fast food place; just before you wrap it up take a look at it. Ask yourself if it looks appetizing to eat? When it looks like brown stuff that crawled up on a bun to die, that’s not appetizing. Don’t use the excuse, “This is what the customer ordered?” No one orders and intentionally pays for dead stuff between two buns that looks exactly like dead stuff between two buns. The second problem was that fries on the outside of the container were guaranteed hot and crispy. I did not find the stuff in the container to be either hot or crispy. They were only barely what a person could consider cooked. There wasn’t anything crisp anywhere in that container, but it advertised, hot and crispy. I didn’t bother to take them back to ask for a replacement. If the people working in that store had any idea how bad the food was, they would work on it.I know there are a lot of people in the world working in fast food places, barely making enough to survive. When you serve up something that is as tragically bad as this, that customer is going to think long and hard about other choices before coming back. Consider that what you get going through a drive thru is typically about $5 to $7 less than what a person could get going in a sit down restaurant. In that place, the wait person looks at the food. If it doesn’t look appetizing, hopefully it goes back to the kitchen.I could keep going about Wendy’s but if I do I’ll need to take away another star.
If I couldn't make any starts I would do, put on the slowest people to do the easiest things, like bagging over the door Dash orders. there are 8 people who work but a line for dune and auto thru always rushed. terrible managment
One of the slowest drive thrus i’ve ever been to but the food is always pretty good. hit or miss on fresh fries but i’ve been coming here for 10+ years
