On The Border Mexican Grill Cantina

New to baltimore and this location is very quiet. we were the only ones out there. great food. chain quality but its good!

Food was good but server was off his game today because they were short staffed and I wish he would had just taken the time to explain that they were short handed tonight and I would have definitely cut him some slack but by the time I was ready to pay and leave because of the elongated wait it made me not even want to tip him any longer and I was almost tempted to nicely walk out. As far as the manger goes yes I understand that she had no control over whoever she staffed for the shift not showing up but I feel like if she knew people were running behind why not take action to step in as a server for the time being to help your wait staff out and explain to your patrons while they're being seated or coming in the door that the service is going to be a little slower than usual but please be patient with us.. But before I left she assured me that the true of service I had today would but happen the next time and I'm definitely going to take her up on it

The food was ok. Waitress seemed annoyed that I tried to make minor changes to make my burrito vegetarian. Not very impressed

Popped in for a beer and ballgame during rush-hour. Mesquite grilled sirloin and shrimp skewers were pretty good and beer was as cold as valley forge!

Terrible service! I'm on crutches and waiting to place my take-out order. The manager gave me a menu and disappeared. Three waitresses passed me by looking at the ground as I attempted to make eye contact to place my order until one verbally signalled to another that I needed assistance. If the food is as bad as the service I wont bother updating from one star....and you as me to walk to the register to pay??? HOW SWAY???
