Insomnia Cookies - Baltimore

We went Today after dinner and the customer service was great, it was clear how much pride the employees take in giving their customers a great experience. We got a couple of cookies and a brownie and it was delish. We were so excited to eat it that I didn’t even get a pic before we all started digging in!

Amazing cookies! Served warm and delicious! We bough 12 total and 11 flavors, all of which melt in your mouth! Would highly recommend and will be going back next time we come to Baltimore.

Keona was an amazing worker. She went above and beyond and answered all our questions about the flavors of ice cream and cookies. And the cookies were amazing. She had such a great vibe that I had to write a review about the experience.

The staff at the Fells point location were phenomenal! Nice. Helpful, and even threw in some extra goodies since they were about to close for the day!

Expensive but absolutely delicious as always. Tried a cookie sandwich with butter cream icing today, omg sooo good! Love the double chocolate and mint the most, but I picked up a smores orange cream and peanut butter cup too. The person working was super nice patient and friendly too. Definitely a good occasional treat.
