I recently visited a cookie shop in Charles Village and was impressed by the taste of the cookies. However, I was disappointed to find out that the location only offers collection and delivery within a certain radius with a minimum order of $6. Some signage would have been helpful as I had a hard time finding the place. Despite this, the staff was small but efficient, and my order was ready quickly. The two cookies I tried were warm, delicious, and had the perfect balance of thickness and sweetness. As a fan of crispy cookies like Chips Ahoy and Famous Amos, I particularly enjoyed the vegan birthday cake cookie and the double chocolate chip cookie. Although the prices were a bit high, I thought they were worth it. Overall, I would recommend this place and will definitely visit again. I am quite picky when it comes to cookies, but this shop exceeded my expectations and has become one of my go-to spots for satisfying my cookie cravings.

I had some issues with my delivery order and was given a refund. The same problem occurred again, so I called the bakery to let them know it was not just a one-time issue, but a recurring internal problem. They listened and corrected the issue promptly. Although the problem shouldn't have happened in the first place, they went above and beyond to fix it three times over. This is exemplary customer service. I can't recall the name of the person who helped me, but thank you. This is how a business should treat its customers, and it is greatly appreciated.
