Bramble Baking Co. - Baltimore

Amazingly delicious from the savory sweet hand pies, pastries, quiches most delicious cakes! We had all of these delightful delicacies for a baby shower this past Sunday. Phenomenal. Best bakery around!

Went to Bramble Baking Saturday morning around 10am and they were already sold out of some stuff if you want to be sure you get what you want, order ahead or come early! That said, everything we got was delish. Their menu changes daily but they seem to always have a large variety. We got an orange blossom cinnamon bun, a mushroom danish, and some coffee. I have a big sweet tooth but the mushroom danish was my favorite the crust was flaky and buttery. They are not much of a coffee house but they do have coffee if you need. While many people picked goodies up to go, there are a few tables which we sat at. It was pretty quiet despite the bustle of the counter. Overall, this was an awesome bakery with a ton of fun products. I would definitely come back to try more!!!

Such a gem! Every pastry is unique, thoughtful, and delicious. Their breakfast sandwiches are on another level. The staff is extremely nice and patient even when I struggle to narrow down my decision since it all is so appealing.

Bramble is an emerging bakery in Baltimore that is sure to exceed your expectations. We ordered their specialty apple cider cake for my sister's birthday and it was loved by everybody! The apple filling was made with small enough pieces that it wasn't overpowering and the cake itself was made with the lightest and most fluffiest cake I've ever had. I can't remember the the frosting flavor but it tasted authentically buttermilk and wasn't overly decadent either. I can't wait to stop by and grab one of their pastries and see what their other desserts have to offer.

After seeing Bramble all over my social media for months, I finally got a chance to try it for myself. My bf and I stopped in on a Saturday morning around 10am. We were pleasantly surprised to see the surplus of pastries as I was sure we'd have slim pickings that late in the morning. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese brekkie biscuit and a morning bun to eat there and then a croissant and chocolate chip cookie to go. The brekkie sandwich came out piping hot. The biscuit had a nice crisp on the outside but a soft inside. One of the best biscuit sandwiches I have ever had! The morning bun was large and yummy, just wish we would have asked for it heated up! The croissant was large and tasty, even once reheated. The cookie was a little on the saltier side for my taste but still enjoyable. Cannot wait to return to try the other pastries.
