Subway - Ballwin

This team always makes a great job. the staff is always friendly, even if they are usually overwhelmed with orders. my packings are packed with chickens and vegetables and not drowned in sauce. excellent work and keep them the great work!

This position is only decent when they are actually open. more than last year, they are closed during normal business hours. while all other almost food restaurants are open today, this subway is closed. I'm sorry to drive all the way here to find they're not open. I'm done with this place.

Never know if they will close early. Owner needs to learn how to run a business.

This Subway was less than presentable. The work area was a mess! They were out of turkey, green peppers, black olives, Diet Coke, and unsweetened tea. Those were just the things I discovered on MY visit. The tables were not clean. None of them. I had to wipe down my own table. The 3 employees were using inappropriate language while I was eating my lunch. One employee had the worst cough I had ever heard. While COVID is still around, she may have thought to wear a mask or stay home. Needless to say, I won't be back.

Unprofessional employees, not sure if they washed their hands after walking in from outside to serve us. Mocking online orders for ordering 1 sandwich while standing in front of current customers. Cussing in front of us, multiple employees, multiple times, while I had a child with me. I would have walked out, if I hadn't started the order, all around uncomfortable experience. Won't be going back there.
