First of all, every person working in there looks like they haven’t showered for two weeks or seen a razor in the last five years. It’s absolutely disgusting from the moment you walk in the door! I have had two problems with this location, each time they shrug it off as if there was no error on their part and try to blame it on the customer. My last instance was confusion when calling into place an order. I called this location specifically and their voice Automation Prompted me to press one if I’d like to place an order. Upon doing so I was sent a link via text message to place my order for this location. After completing the order, paying for it, and adding a generous tip, I received the text to track my order. I showed up right at the time That my order was supposed to have been ready to pick my order up. Upon walking in the door the first gentleman couldn’t figure out who I was or which order was placed because of this total that he showed me did not match the order total, I showed him the confirmation I received. I finally asked him to grab a manager to what he did. The manager approached with a disgusting looking beard and explained that my order was sent to a different location by mistake. He told me that they were problems with their ordering system, but further explained that there was nothing that he could do and that I had to drive to the other location more than 10 minutes away to pick up my lunch order of a small cheese pizza with a salad. I explained I didn’t have time to pick it up and been paid for, but he went on again to say that there was nothing he could do about it. I don’t often leave negative reviews, because I understand the restaurant business is a difficult one. But on a simple task like this, where they blame the mistake on me and shrug their shoulders to say there’s nothing more they can do about it, that’s where I drive a line. This is extremely poor customer service by standards! I called the other location Where my order Located further east, closer to 141 and Manchester. I spoke with the manager there, Sheila, who is very helpful and courteous. She explained that he should’ve fixed the order since it was so simple and it was handled incorrectly. Again this is the second problem I’ve had with this location and refused to give them any more business. Again, do not waste your time, money or appetite on this location. Management needs to wipe display, clean and start from scratch here!
Was excited that they added bread bites toothed menu till I tried them . A simply awful.
Excellent team as always ! Got the BBQ chicken pizza with marinara sauce.
I ordered a pizza. It arrived shortly after WITH PIECES MISSING FROM THE PIZZA AS IF SOMEONE HAD EATEN FROM IT. After I called the store just to make them aware, and the manager basically yelled at me saying I was incorrect and that non of his employees would ever do that. So F this store.
Absolute incompetence……. The restaurant was smoke filled you couldn’t see straight…..and with 9 employees working ordered 100 worth of food told and hour wait only to get there and they never made the food…… no apology no offer to comp anything , offer a drink while I waited an additional half hour…. Papa John’s it
